We are looking for Logistics coordinator to serve as a liaison between our studio and Fulfillment Center to help support day to day communications and operations.

Grand Time is a family-run, independent business, which first entered the watch industry by selling leather bands in India over 60 years ago. Now run by the third generation of family members — Grand Time is made up of a tight knit team of individuals who run two in-house watch brands: JBW & BREDA.

We are looking for Logistics coordinator to serve as a liaison between our studio and Fulfillment Center to help support day to day communications and operations. The Coordinator will manage logistics, shipping, product inventory and customer service for the company, and establish a working relationship with our fulfillment center to resolve any issues on a daily basis. This role will be based in our Dallas office, but requires minimum 3 days a week to be working at our fulfillment center.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who enjoys structure, managing various processes, problem solving and getting into the details of logistics.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate between sales, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth communications and operations

  • Monitor fulfillment center team to make sure all orders are on track and shipped on time

  • Ensure shipping areas and item locations are organized and product is stored in a neat manner. Track shipping supplies and order more as needed.

  • Quality control for all products - work with watch technician to QC all inbound shipments and special outbound shipments (as required by customers). Requires quickly learning product features and detailed inspection of watches.

  • Product Inventory Tracking – maintain inventory records & conduct physical counts periodically

  • Spare parts/ Repairs Inventory - track and manage all spare parts inventory to assist with customer service requests such as product returns, repairs and replacement parts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • REQUIRED Bachelor’s or Associate's degree

  • 1-3 years of experience at a product-based fulfillment center, ideally e-commerce

  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving best practices and procedures

  • Knowledge of shipping software for Fedex. USPS, and UPS (Domestic and international)

  • Strong communication skills & impeccable follow through
