Account & Brand Partnerships Manager


As the Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for all BREDA retailers and brand partners. The primary responsibilities are to drive new business, manage key existing retailer relationships and create new partnerships through collaborations and brand connections.

You will own the sales cycle and be responsible for prospecting, setting meetings, presenting the brand, building relationships with buyers, and motivating them to partner with Breda through their retail channels. You will also be responsible for local activation through pop-ups and sales events to build consumer awareness about BREDA.

Grand Time is a family-run, independent business, which first entered the watch industry by selling leather bands in India over 60 years ago. Now run by the third generation of family members — Grand Time is made up of a tight knit team of individuals who run two in-house watch brands: JBW & BREDA.

Breda is a Dallas based watch design studio established in 2009 by way of parent company, Grand Time. We are a young, collaborative, independent brand run by a tight knit team of creatives with a vision anchored in the idea of self-expression. 

As the Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for all BREDA retailers and brand partners. The primary responsibilities are to drive new business, manage key existing retailer relationships and create new partnerships through collaborations and brand connections.

You will own the sales cycle and be responsible for prospecting, setting meetings, presenting the brand, building relationships with buyers, and motivating them to partner with Breda through their retail channels. You will also be responsible for local activation through pop-ups and sales events to build consumer awareness about BREDA.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Breda’s founder to grow sales 

  • Focus on a core list of key accounts, while identifying new opportunities in the market

  • Create and reach out to target retailer accounts to drive new business growth

  • Develop and optimize key accounts and opportunities in specific channels where required (i.e., online fashion, subscription box, etc.)

  • “Boots on the ground” for pop-ups, festivals and other events as the primary brand ambassador

  • Partner with other brands, designers or influencers to execute collaborations (from concept to execution to sales)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in a client-facing role is preferred, 1-3 years experience in sales or account management

  • Strong communication skills and successful record of building strong relationship
